All Creatures Pet Hospital Springfield is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
At All Creatures Pet Hospital Springfield we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.

Dr. Lance Blackburn
Dr. Blackburn is a native of Springfield, MO, attended Hillcrest High School and has lived in Springfield all but 7 years of his life. He worked for 3 years in Henderson, NV at Black Mountain Animal Hospital. He was happy to return to Springfield in 1992 joining this practice formerly called Bennett Pet Hospital. Upon purchasing the practice in 1996, Dr. Blackburn changed the practice name to All Creatures Pet Hospital.
Dr. Blackburn enjoys cycling, hiking, and outdoor activities in general.

Dr. Marcy Diehl
All Creatures Pet Hospital is thrilled to announce the addition of Dr. Diehl to its Veterinary team! Dr. Diehl brings 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with a strong background specializing in emergency care. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Diehl also extends her expertise to provide Veterinary care for the magnificent animals at the National Tiger Sanctuary.

In her free time, she enjoys binge watching Netflix, spending time with friends, and relaxing on the river. Anna has 3 dogs, Storm, Lambeau and Egg, a cat named Skittles, and two guinea pigs; Rosie and Mrs. Piggy.

Michelle was born and raised here in Springfield, MO. She joined All Creatures Pet Hospital in 2008. Michelle has a multitude of pets and children. In her free time she stays very busy with her Grandchildren.

Jennifer joined All Creatures Pet Hospital in July 2024 after moving to the area from California. She has been in the Veterinary field since 2004. She brings experience with cats and exotic pets. Jennifer has plenty of pets at home including cats, reptiles, dogs, and a rabbit. In her free time she enjoys playing Fortnite and spending time with her Nephew.
